No. All devices are certified pre-owned and restored.
What does certified mean?
Devices pass 60+ diagnostic checks for performance and reliability.
What warranty is included?
A standard 12-month warranty is included. Extended coverage is optional.
Can I return a device?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 15 days, subject to inspection.
How does grading work?
Devices are graded Prime A+ to Prime C based on cosmetic condition and battery health.
How does trade-in work?
Devices are evaluated through diagnostics and valued accordingly.
